Frank specializes in reporting on politics, and the automotive industry, as well as general assignment reporting.
Frank began his broadcasting career with CKRW Radio in Whitehorse, Yukon. He then hosted Radio Noon and produced current affairs items at CBC Whitehorse. He moved back to Ontario in 1979 and until 1985 was a reporter/newscaster for CHYM Radio Kitchener. He joined CTV Southwestern Ontario in 1985.
